SHIPPING POLICY

All orders require 2 business days for processing. Delivery times may vary between 2 to 7 days within the 48 contiguous states of the US. Processing  and delivery times to other US states and territories, primarily Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, may be longer.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact our Customer Service team at our customer support chat or email us at hello@titaniumstore.co.

To ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any amendments to an order/cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist and go through our returns procedure.

RETURN POLICY

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all our products. If you are unhappy with any item purchased at www.titaniumstore.co, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of your purchase or your receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). Please email us at hello@titaniumstore.co and we’ll arrange your return. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded, although if the goods have been delivered these will need to be returned first. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

In the event we agree the return of a product, the product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition.

To cancel/return an order, please contact our Customer Service team.

Please note, in order for us to create your refund you are required to send your tracking number to hello@titaniumstore.co advising us of your returned package. Failure to do so may result in a lengthy refund delay while we investigate the location of your returned goods.
